With Slopeside Home Inspections, you are encouraged to schedule a home inspection as early in the buying or selling process as possible, to give yourself ample date and time opportunities to choose from.
Note: When filling in the schedule form, select the “Next” button to proceed to the next step in the home inspection schedule form, if you have left a required field blank, the form will not advance to the next step; a red box will pop up below the form, indicating to you what information is missing. Fill in the missing information and select the “Next” button again.

What – What Home Inspection Services Are Needed
In the home inspection scheduling form, here you will select from which of the provided service options you need. Simply tick or select the box for each service you need. You can select multiple home inspection service options.

There are six main home options to select from, with additional, variable options with most home inspection options. The six main home inspection options are 1) Single Family Home, 2) Condos & Townhomes, 3) ADU, Duplex, Triples and Multifamily Homes, 4) 4-Point Inspection, 5) Manufactured Home, and 6) Re-inspection.

4-Point Inspection
4-Point Home Inspection Options – No options are available
There are no options available with the 4-Point home inspection type. The standard 4 points of inspection that will be inspected are the four systems that are of most concern to an insurance company: the roof, the electrical system, the plumbing system, and the heating and cooling system (HVAC).

- Review the Address, the date, time, and the estimated number of hours the inspection is expected to take.
- Review the services you selected. Verify the total price.
- How did you hear about us? It is helpful to us if you are able to inform us how you heard about us by including this information.
- Anything else you’d like us to know? If there are any helpful instructions or considerations you need to notify us about, such as a lockbox code, entrance instructions, or other, please fill this information in the provided window, text box.
Click the “Schedule” button.
Watch your email for the confirmation email that will be sent to the address(es) you provided to us in your home inspection schedule request.
